WordPress Jupyter Notebook Plugin

A WordPress plugin that allows you to embed Jupyter Notebooks in your posts and pages using either Gutenberg blocks or shortcodes.

Installation

1. Download the plugin zip file
2. Go to WordPress admin panel → Plugins → Add New
3. Click "Upload Plugin" and select the downloaded zip file
4. Click "Install Now" and then "Activate"

Usage

Using the Gutenberg Block

1. In the post editor, click the "+" button to add a new block
2. Search for "Jupyter Notebook" and select it
3. Choose your input method:
   • Upload a notebook file directly
   • Enter a URL to a notebook file
4. Use the block settings (sidebar) to configure:
   • Show/hide cell outputs

Using the Shortcode

You can also embed notebooks using a shortcode:

[jupyter_notebook url="https://example.com/notebook.ipynb" show_outputs="true"]

Parameters:

• url: URL to the notebook file (required)
• show_outputs: Whether to show cell outputs (optional, defaults to true)

Requirements

• WordPress 5.0 or higher
